Green Bean Bake

Tonight’s Dinner: Green Bean Bake.

This casserole is light and puffy from the eggs and bread, full of veggies (green beans) and flavored with cheese. The recipe is in Garden Gourmet: Fresh & Fabulous Meals from your North Country Garden, CSA or Farmers’ Market, on page 219.

I used a whole quart bag of our frozen green beans – i measured, it was 4 cups after i steamed them & cut them up. So it was chuck full of green bean goodness. Green Bean Bake  Casserole
