So i haven’t blogged for a while because I’ve been busy taking a class in writing books for kids! But I am still cooking when get the chance – and writing a column each week for the paper. Here’s a casserole I made the other day, with sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and sausage.
And today I made this carrot ginger soup. I used turkey broth we had in the freezer, plus onions, carrots, celery, ginger, a little apple cider, lots of good things! I cooked and added some beans, both white beans and black beans.
Don’t ask me for the recipe though, ’cause i couldn’t tell you all that went into it!
